We are looking for a dynamic PA Creative Executive to support management operations while contributing to creative marketing and social media activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, creative, and able to handle both administrative and creative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to management and internal teams
• Manage schedules, appointments, and communications
• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
• Handle correspondence and respond to internal and external queries
• Coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Maintain office organization and manage office supplies
• Create graphics, visuals, and content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
• Design marketing materials including posters, flyers, and banners
• Develop brand consistent visuals and marketing messaging
• Manage and schedule social media content posting
• Work with internal teams to support marketing campaign creativity
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Administration, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience as Personal Assistant or Administrative role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
