We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead technical operations, manage engineering teams, and ensure high quality delivery of ELV services. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and project management experience in ELV systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee technical operations and ensure quality delivery of ELV services including security systems, fire alarms, and structured cabling
• Organize integrator training programs and product exposure sessions for channel partners
• Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians
• Plan and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and technical regulations
• Lead technical support teams to provide fast support to clients and channel partners
• Identify areas for technical improvement and implement solutions
• Work closely with sales and operations teams for smooth project execution and delivery
Requirements
• Degree in Engineering such as Electrical or Electronics or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in ELV systems and technical management
• Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems and solutions
• Strong leadership and project management skills
